Il volume riunisce gli atti della Giornata di studi su Maurizio Bossi (12 dicembre 1945 – 21 aprile 2016) promossa dal Gabinetto Vieusseux a un anno dalla prematura scomparsa, insieme a testimonianze di colleghi e amici che sono stati ‘compagni di viaggio’ nella fertile e innovativa attività di studioso e di operatore culturale come Direttore del Centro Romantico del Gabinetto Vieusseux. Completa il volume una Bibliografia dei suoi scritti.
 
The book combines the proceedings from the Study Day on Maurizio Bossi (12 December 1945–21 April 2016) promoted by the Gabinetto Vieusseux a year after his untimely death, along with testimony from colleagues and friends who were “travel companions” in his fertile and innovative activity as a scholar and cultural expert as Director of the Romantic Centre of the Gabinetto Vieusseux. The volume features a bibliography of his writings.
